The Clinton/Rubin deflationary recession has proven a hard nut to crack. The Treason Lobby took advantage of Zell Miller's mother's sickness to push through a symbolic cutting of the Bush return of stolen money to the real America. So much for the phoney "collegial" atmosphere in the Senate.
