the stock is nothing!!!!!!They are out of business....the only reason people are buying this is because there has been a little bit of volume in a low float stock(this has been caused by people like respected investment who bought the stock for .005-.01 then the try to get people to buy it by saying there might be a reverse split into another company. then a few more people say hey I'll buy a couple of thousand shares(50,000-100,000) it only costs 300-600 just on the off chance that maybe it might happen and if not who cares it was only 500.00 well worth the risk. When these people buy their shares it produces a considerable amount of volume which attracts interest(hey this stock went from no volume to 1-2 mill volume something must be up)which is normaly accurate except in the case of a few of these dead stocks.the price shoots up ----no news to keep it up----and down we go--back to the original price before all this happened---usually takes a few days to get back down then a couple of months later(usually) it all happens again
