Report: Smart Grid Not Smart When It Comes To Cyber Attacks By Gabriel Perna \| IBT \| April 20, 2011 Abstract "Eighty percent of [critical infrastructure operator] rspondents have faced a large-scale denial of service attack (DDoS) according to the report. Even worse, 25 percent have been victims of extortion through actual or threatened cyber attacks. Attacks on the government have also been prevalent.
