OT Do you do PI Defense or Plaintiff? Work for firm or Sole Pract.? I am on my own and watch stocks through DLJ and CNBC- TV in kitchen. My staff thinks I am nuts. But sometimes I can make more money in trades than I can with billing my clients for an 8 hour day. However, the billing clients will always be there but the market can go against you at the blink of an eye, so it sometimes is quite a juggling act. I do PI, Corp lit, and some RE, including foreclosures for Dime Savings out of NY. Which by the way is a great Bank stock with good takeover potential. trades around 23-24.
If you like oils look at bayard drilling BDI on Amex. I got some on new issue through djl. Came out at 23 went to 27 same day. Negative news on oils dropped it to 15, now climbing to 19. Prudent started coverage with a buy. For what its worth.
Good luck.
