My opinion is that you do not understand BAY's main asset, and never did.

It is certainly a surprise that this merger comes so soon... but it was very easy to anticipate that such a merger would eventually come, if you understood the specifics of each companies. It could have been done with other companies like Hecla for instance... But PAAS was the most prepared for it.
