I guess it really no longer matters -- at least this time, they spared us with the "excuses." [By the way, IMDS should run a "spell check" before sending submissions to the SEC. The correct spelling is "commitment."] But, does anyone really care that the Company cannot make timely filings? From the latest SEC Filing NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING [] Form 10-K []Form 11-K [X]Form 10-Q [] Form N-SAR For Period Ended: September 30, 1999 PART III -- NARRATIVE State below in reasonable detail why the Form 10-K, 11-K, 20-F 10-Q, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period. (Attach Extra Sheets if Needed.) Our Independent Auditor could not review our Form 10-QSB for a timely filing due to previous committments to other clients.
