Yep we will have he long term capital gains tax break...:-) May looks good to me, I think all my other shells are gonna start happening for me. I wasn't able to come up with much for a contact on this, but the people I had lookn for a shell wanted to move on there deal. Just have to be patient with these shells.... Rob D.
