Hi Jim ... ALL
Had to take care of some unpleasant family business down in FLA and was not connected.
It has been great catching up on the posts. Hopefully Jim will not go back to the sea just yet as I enjoy his helpful 'kep 'em honest, even though those MM's never will be' comments. I believe I got hurt looking at AOL from an accounting and a value viiewpoint. If AOL's creditor's wanted to, they could force her into Chapter 7 Bankruptcy with a garbage balance sheet like she has!!!! Why it stays at lofty level's I'll never know.
We've got people who have HOPE here. Hope that they will generate obnoxious revenues in no time flat. Give me the most optimistic AOL guy out there ... what is his EPS guess for 1999 (no not 1998) and now how many times earnings are we talking!! I tell you PE's got to be at least 25 on the most optimistic and really 40 on reality for TWO year's ahead EPS! What are they thinking?!?!?!!?
Me ... I'm going to add to my July 65 Put position and maybe pick up an Oct 65 put position. She's going to 57.5 before expiration! I don't know about later, but I see her in my sights now! (Hopefully no more 'unfortunate' good news will arise in the mean time).
