Martin,
I upgraded from 3.1 to Communicator 4.06.
It loaded all my ISP settings, and bookmarks. Can't remember if it loaded up address files or not.
The only problem I had was when I called up Communicator it would say it was off line. Corrected this,finally, went to preferences/offline. Changed to: on-line work mode. Hope this is of help. I'm no whiz.
