Bill, when I posted this exchange2000.com

....the WSP release was at the top of the CNW page, freshly posted at 3:35 our time, well after market close. CNW seems to be down right now, but if it's up before 9:00 PST you can check posting time on the index page.

It seems unlikely that the release would have come out anywhere else previously as the CNW posting is the legal one. I think -g-
