BRIEF: Interphase Corporation and its subsidiaries engage in the design, development, manufacturing, marketing and support of network & mass storage products based on advanced technologies for computer systems. For the 9 months ended 9/99, revenues increased 9% to $55.3M. Net income from cont. ops. rose 37% to $3.1M. Revenues reflect increased Fibre Channel product revenues. Net income also reflects increased interest income and decreased interest expense. They are coming on strong in the fibre connectivity (Fiber Distributed Data Interface (FDDI)) sector and should show great growth because of this in the year to come. It like GALT MSFT and TYC have been a drag on my portfolio but I think it will be worth the wait as their competition sells for much higher multiples. Good Luck, JFD
