if you remember 1999 or 1975-78 we didn't get there overnight!( I don't buy the 40yrs,chinese yr of monkey-1944, more like post war and fall of fascim?)(New baby boom coming?) inflation not a problem for what 4-8 years? Maybe never?<g> Low rates are here to stay...maybe not this low....but only bankers get to print the stuff<g>
