9:33AM RIMM resumed at UBS with Buy, $110 tgt 85.20 -0.66:

UBS resumes coverage on Research in Motion with a Buy and a new target of $110, up from $78. The firm believes wireless carriers such as Vodafone, T-Mobile, TIM and mm02 are standardizing on Blackberry for their wireless data services. This represents an opportunity for co to provide Blackberry to roughly 30 additional geographies for Vodafone and T-Mobile alone. The firm believes Sprint PCS could launch Blackberry service in 2004. The $110 target is based on a p/e of 40x.
