Carl, why don't you e-mail Ms. Baker and ask her for her source in stating that Intel only serves up 35% of processors sold. If I owned this stock, you can bet I would be dashing off an e-mail. There must be an e-mail address for the author in the article. Clearly 35% is ludicrous, and contrary to anything I've ever heard. Plain common sense says that if Intel has 80% of market share in terms of revenue as the author states, and AMD & Cyrix price their processors 25% below Intel (which is stated policy of AMD & Cyrix), then 80% Intel revenue reduced by 25% (to compare apples to apples) would still put Intel at 60% and others at 40%.

Maybe it's the new math they're teaching nowdays?
