SAU filed on 1st July 97 a NT 10K, asking for extension to report their earnings which would have been due on 1st July under normal circumstances. They blame office relocation, a new CFO and new accouting staff for the delay. They say they would deliver within a 15-day time-frame, which would mean earnings relased by July 15.
