To All: I have received a good number of emails from interested persons. It is obvious that there are enough interested and qualified people to launch the company. I propose to take the following actions on Thursday, December 11th.

1. Officially launch the company. I will fund the company with initial startup capital. The company will have 1 million authorized shares and I will issue a fraction of those to myself for $1 per share.

2. I will contract with OSA to develop, administer, and host a secure website with an SI type interface.

3. I will contract with OSA to provide a small amount of furnished office space, including a couple of computers, software, and web interface for use by our staff members when on site. This will include use of the small (10 person) and large (100 person) conference rooms as needed, use of printers, copiers, fax, phone system and other office facilities on a shared basis.

4. I will contract with OSA to provide an administrative assistant to man our office, provide a "physical presence", anserwer phone, handle paperwork, and administer website content. This person will be Paul Millican, one of OSA's technical writers/graphic artists. He will have duties with both OSA and the new company with time shared on a 50/50 basis. [Once the company begins serious operation I anticipate having one or two salaried employees working in this office to provide a "physical presence".]

5. I will select one of our on-line participants as a Manager to help me catalog the incoming resumes and begin the selection process for our initial management team. This person will need to be able to devote substantial time to the project for the next couple of months. One of our "retired" members with management experience would be ideal.

6. I will select one of our on-line participants with legal background to assist in the legal matters of founding the company and setting up its structure.

7. I will select one of our on-line participants with accounting background to serve as interim CFO. Since we will be dealing with IPO situations, it is imperative that our accounting be squeaky clean proper from day one.

8. I will select one of our on-line technical gurus to start accepting and cataloging business and product ideas for consideration. This person must be experienced, have time to spend, and absolutely trustworthy with our secrets.

Please send me your comments on the above actions and your nominations for the on-line positions by email or by posts to this thread no later than 11pm EST on Wednesday. Unless some one convinces me otherwise, I will procede with the above actions on Thursday.

Roger
