Time for results! I received a call from Mr. Joe Loftus of Andrew Garrett (212-682-8833) on June 16, 1998. Old Joe told me about Base Ten Systems (BASEA) which was selling that day at 5 1/4. Joe didn't have time to fax me information about his firm since this stock was moving up so quickly. Joe forgot to tell me that Andrew Garrett is the second largest market maker in this stock. Today, about two weeks later, BASEA is at 2 1/2. Just another case of pump and dump. Chip
