Jenne, one needed to have owned 200 CMGI shares before 1/24/2000 to qualify for the Directed Shares Program (DSP)... also, I was informed that the purchase of such shares should have settled on or before that date... meaning, if you bought the shares on 1/24 and settled on 1/27 ... the record date is 1/27 and the shares do not qualify for the DSP... hope I answered your question... best regards amein
