Ron, any idea why so little insider holdings in IDNX?

The info for Wall Street Journal's site shows litte insider holdings.

Also, looked at the share count for IDNX and VSNX.
From 1997 to now cummulative shares increased from
about 40 million to 67 million. IDNX increased from
25 to 39 million, while VSNX increased from 15 to
28 million. Any idea if this type of dilution will
occur over the next five years as well?
