Wayne,

I'm into TTRIF big time in terms of my portfolio and have been the most skeptical over the past 6 months as anyone can be. Everything I read, I take apart by the seams and have found little change in the long term picture of TTRIF

1. It seems Swartz was the backing for TTRIF and got miffed when TTRIF declined 13% for the next $5 million. Being miffed they played hardball and sold into the last rally of 3.25 which drove the stock price down.

2. TTRIF wants to get more bang out of each plant and the copacity has rissen from 200 tons to 300 tons at a cost to both thermo and we shareholders.

3. MM seem to play with this stock for pennies. I guess I would too if I could make $1 thousand per hour.

4. Government and God knows what has delayed Fort Devons plant and others.

5. Everyone is slow to react to change in enviornamental issues with red tape leading to no where.

But I'm still holding 13,000 shares and it's my understanding that 30% of stock is in hands of family and friends. Therefore I agree with the latest Biding on Bay street report that the shorts have to dry up soon. ( I hope really soon)
I also agree with Gary about the recent Gold News letter which gives the wrong dates for earnings.
Should have posted 4/30/97 :$.25 and 4/30/98 : $ 0.48 projected cash flow.
And who or why is a Gold company reviewing TTRIF? How repetable can they be posting without checking or proofing?

Thanks,
Nick
