Peter: Here are some good reasons: The stock broke above 8 and run to 12 and now has consolidated back to the breaking point WITHOUT breaking down. If it holds the line at 8, it meaans that a lot of people think that the price at 8 is a good one. Fundamentally the company has taken a very big gamble last year and aquired a company much larger than itself, incurring in the process massive debt. I do not think that fundamentally the company is out of the woods, but the technical behavior of the stock indicates to me that we should expect improvement in the fundamentals early next year, and I maty very well be proven wrong. Few month back, I was actually of the opinion that this company will have to sell itself for peanuts or file CH 11. I do not think you want to hear all the reasons I might have why not to buy into this company. Zeev
