Why is this stock trading at .23/share?!! Very leery of Canadian stocks under $1/share.. But this seems to be a compelling story.. The one "fly in the ointment" is locking in a stable supply of Vanadium at a fixed price. That stuff is used in practically everything. So anyone got a quick synopsis they can share for a guy who's new to this stock? Hawk
