Agree, market is punishing any stock "associated" with China.

I'm not surprised the stock seems to be rebounding quickly now. I've got to keep more money available for irrational moves like this.

OTOH, I think some people may be looking at potential dilution resulting from the Neutronics deal. I myself wonder why they are doing an "all stock" deal. Seems they should have a lot of cash, enough at least to do half with cash recently borrowed at 8.75%. My guess is that Marks has his eyes on more deals. I hope he doesn't get so occupied on growing that he loses track of the bottom line. Of course, so far, I have no quibbles with his deal making capability eventually generating good profit growth. And the most recent deal seems to have cemented a strong relationship with Phillips.

I'm guessing next deal will be in Latin America, perhaps Brazil. Or maybe more China businesses.
