Sam - insidertrader.com is a handy site that gives insider buying and selling....lists alphabetically and transaction values. In reference to Don's point of 20,000 shares being bought, I checked this site, and indeed these were bought by a board member. However, much more troubling, is that a board member sold 136,000 shares at 2.43 around 3/21....so 20,0000 vs 136,000 hardly what I would call a ringing endorsement.... Im getting to the point that I am just going to sell the stock( Im long @6.5) and finger it was a learning experience. These guys have shown little managerial acumen and I hold little hope for a turn around in 1997. any rebuts are greatly desired... -Bill
