Eagle, I'm using 4.6 and it's still here on mine. Edit Preference + Sign in front of Advanced Drop down shows Cache just like old. Maybe install it again????? Regards, /jw ps; can't help with Norton. Don't use.(well maybe). Put zip in machine, right click on Start, left click on Explor, find Zip and double click and you should read programs installed on Zip. This works with me and my LS 120 3½" floppy. If you copy a file to zip it shouldn't erase what's there.
