Having said this, I would like for us all to take a moment and observe
a sacred ritual.
Legend has it that on the 1ST day of August small animal sacrifices
are particularly effective in warding off evil spirits. In this
politically correct era, such things are frowned upon so I have
prepared some (hopefully) equally effective offerings.
Just this morning I went on a buying trip to all the area thrift
stores and have amassed over 300 stuffed animals, the vast majority
are cutesy little teddy bears. After careful analysis of their fur
and stuffing I have determined all are 100% free of animal by-products.
Well, there was one that was filled with a white powder, I set
it aside for further analysis.
Anyway, I have them all piled up in my backyard, doused them with
kerosene and at precisely 11:47 am EDT, I will set fire to them
and perform a ritual dance handed from one generation to the next
on my father's side of the family. We are not quite sure of the
name as my great-grandfather had a cleft pallet (sp?) he pronounced
it "mmmucla-shomanna", the exact movements have been faithfully
recorded and are quite effective for their original purpose, which was
to raise earth-worms for the annual harvest. I've never tried it on
a stock issue before...been saving it for a special occaison.
Also, I have a Talisman which consists of horsehair, chewing gum, and
bits of balled up rubber from turn #11 at the Road Atlanta race course
where I once sailed over the handlebars of a motorcycle at 100+ mph,
this is to bring courage in the face of the much feared Market Makers.
I am suitably attired in a shark skin suit which was fashioned in
the traditional garb of the Holy One, the MM.
ADGI is not quite awake yet, so I will pull away a few scales from it's
reptilian ears and whisper softly "wake up little ADGI, baby needs a
new pair of shoes".
There that should do it....now, everyone tip-toe out of the room and
check back in approx. 1 hour.ssssssshhhhhhh, please, no messages until
12:30 or the trance state may be broken.
