Does anyone still believe the hokey scheduling conflict line?

The article credits AOL's last price cut for the stock swoon and notes AOL plans to announce a price cut later this month, but only after two events hyping alternative revenue and their marketing ploys.

"They're still licking their wounds from April and the rollout of the 20/20 plan," said Emily Green, senior analyst with Forrester Research Inc. in Cambridge, Mass. "I thought they would choke before making another pricing change."
