To All I just received this from Clyde Pittman "We have been unable to reach any kind of resolution with Air Star creditors. As a result the entire board and all officers have resigned from Air Star. I have asked Wes Shields, a shareholder-attorney in Oakland, CA to make an effort to do the best thing for all shareholders. Walt Luostari of Glendale, CA is the shareholder attorney. I assume they are working together. I have nothing further to do with Air Star." I guess the party is TRULY over........ B
