Percents don't bother me, I am going to vote my conscience. I will vote NO, this is a total rip off of the shareholders. I own 5000 shares after that meaningless 10 for 1 reverse split. I have lost a ton of money believing the misleading crap given to us by the Gatefield management. I think that they will have their pockets lined very well, after this is over, at our expense. I am looking in to joining a class action suit against Gatefield. There are a few lawyers ready to go, but I have not decided yet, which one to go with. I will come to some conclusion this week. I think that all shareholders should do something.
