At the end of February, the new NASDAQ rules take effect for stocks
trading under $2.

Besides raising the net asset requirements, any issue whos bid falls
below $1, and remains there for 30 days will be delisted.

It seems as though there is a general comfort factor now on the
price, so that may not be a problem.
However, investors should call the company to see if they will
meet the new net asset requirements.
Any delisting will diminish this companies exposure, and be a huge
negative.

Will continue to monitor IRSN, and await further developments.
