This is super news.Instead of 2.million share dillution i was expecting Mr. Muller is accepting only 1.2 or only about 3-4x earnings.This is certainly a steal of a deal since on a pro forma basis the company will go from a loss to break even. Lets hope its 3.by the fourth.
