Mohan I dont think that indiaworld.com can have any claims to indiaworld.co.in. But given the past relationships, they can always pursue legal remedies and it will become an irritant and expensive for Satyam. Also the lawsuit will have a negative effect on SIFY. I dont think the understand the litiguous nature of this country and the related expenses andthe fact that only the lawyers make the money by dragging out the fight and attorneys for both sides going out to dinner every night and laughing at the stupidity of their clients. ratan
