zsteve, the Compaq article about new PII servers again. Another tough one to figure is how they get a four-way out of one processor (last sentence).

the ProLiant 1200, 1600, 3000 and 5500
entry-level-to-midrange servers will be available immediately,
officials said.

The departmental-level 1200 server, priced at $2,780, ships
with one 333MHz Pentium II processor, 32MB of RAM and a
10/100 NIC (network interface card).

The 1600 and 3000, both capable of using two CPUs, ship with
64MB of RAM, a NIC, and one 266MHz or 300MHz processor,
respectively. The 1600 will cost $3,780; the 3000 will cost
$4,775.

The Enterprise-class, four-way 5500, priced at $8,470, ships
with one 200MHz Pentium Pro processor, 128MB of RAM and a NIC.
