WAYNE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 29, 1999--PICK Communications Corp. (OTCBB:PICK)
today announced that it has named James H. Season chief financial officer of the company.
"Jim Season brings an outstanding skill set to PICK," said Diego Leiva, chairman and president of
PICK. "His background in telecom, Internet and broadcasting businesses, plus his extensive
experience in raising capital for new ventures, will play an important role in executing both PICK's
aggressive entry into Internet access and the company's business plan in the international telecom
arena."
Mr. Season was previously a founder and chief financial officer of a Central European television
broadcaster with four stations reaching 13 million viewers. He also was instrumental in the development
of a local Hungarian telephone company and a Central European Internet Service Provider.
