Jerry, if not already on the question list, I would like to find out the following:
- what is DaveD's official relationship with NPEC and how is he compensated for it? Is he an IR or not?
- if compensation is in shares of NPEC, I would like to know quantity and T&Cs of the shares so issued. This should give us a glimpse into Dave's position and interest.
I have questions but am not familiar with the terminology used so you will have to help formulate the exact wordings for it:>>> It has to do with the share makeup, whether it be common, restricted, preferred, and whatever other names they call it. I guess what I'm looking for is the complete big picture. I hope Les tells you the whole picture instead of just responding to posted questions only.
Oh, and BTW, we need to find out also if warrants, attached bonus or whatever they make choose to call it, are present.
These data should be posted in the format of name, type, date issued, expiry date, exercise $, remarks.
