Where can we get information package? Was wondering who is in
control and what float is?

Do they have PP complete? I assume these shares will be restricted
for a couple of years. Seems that a lot of the shares will be
restricted. Therefore it would be interesting to find out of
11 million + shares how many are free traded versus restricted
and how many are owned by insiders............
