I spoke with my buddy (who happens to be employed for the company that helped underwrite medjet on their IPO) and he doesn't see the recall as impeding the potential to double your money on the warrants, which could very easilly happen should the stock hit $13+ and sustain. If I understood correctly, when the company recalls (IF they recall) you either have to exercise them (purchase a $13+ stock for $8) or sell the warrants and get whatever current MV is (he forecasted 4-5$). Given the price recently, that's a pretty good deal, and I agree. Obviously he is promoting the stock as his firm is a market maker in it, but the company is a damn solid one with potential you can't deny. I'm betting he's right.

Side note - He also told me a "source" has informed him that the stock could be trading as high as 15-20 by June, based on what he calls "current developments." Of course, his "source" and said developments could not be disclosed, so it could be B.S. - but it could also be accurate. Gosh I love the stock market, don't you??!

Take care. Rich
