Mike, some financial info can be found in recent press releases. I'd also like more detail (eg. to see their balance sheet) before I increase my investment, however. I'll keep looking, but please let me know if you find out more.

Current products and services are targeted to three markets: high-speed access; business dial-up; and, personal dial-up. New services and products to be offered focus on educational and training services designed to help customers implement Internet and presumably Intranet applications, although they don't say so.

Focus seems to be on businesses, particularly small and medium sized businesses, which usually need value added services apart from the highly competitive straight Internet access business. So I'd expect that Intranet services will be part of their strategy. HookUp's Content Division could certainly play a role in that arena.

As to what Hookup offers a potential buyer, I'd say a cheap way to enter the business, given the current market cap. Or a joint venture with one of the FI's, like the BNS deal with Istar. Just guessing. What do you think?
