- The analyst at HJ Meyers (Lowengart) last month moved the rating of the stock from buy to strong buy. He's the one shown in First Call. I also know he has had recent discussions with McGinnis during his recent presentation in New York. - I talked with Lowengart about a month ago but didn't get the hard sell. He certainly seems to respect McGinnis though. - There are lots of rumours around about possible new contracts but they are just rumours. They already have enough business to make $1.20. David
