He becomes a multi-millionerre moves to Cayman Islands with supermodel Elle McPherson (who divorces her husband for Cosmo). Jerry finally falls for a girl who is in fact a very sloppy woman. They get married and live happily ever after. Newman quits his job after being unsuccessful in convincing his boss not to raise the postage fee to 33 cents. Starts working for Kramerica as CIO. :-)
