Third tier biotechs have been slaughtered. Good science is often available in companies that sell for cash or near it. This is worse than 12/94, when it was difficult not to make 300% with a biotech portfolio in the next 12 months. We follow some of the best science among low price:book stocks in a thread here at SI, the "T/FIF Portfolio" thread. Rick
