registered under the laws of India, announced that it has filed a registration statement
with the Securities and Exchange Commission covering a proposed public offering of
1,800,000 American Depositary Shares, which represent 900,000 equity shares,
excluding the underwriters over-allotment option.
NationsBanc Montgomery Securities LLC, BancBoston Robertson Stephens, BT Alex.
Brown and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC will be the managing underwriters of the
offering.
