Good God.......What you are proposing is a POOL........that is illegal. Check the rules. It is also collusion. I suggest you check with your attorney on this (as muchas I hate them).Your basic concept is illegal. I have been in the brokerage business for 40 years....and own a major brokerage firm......dont do this......contact me.... .............................Flop........
