Are you guys the last of the Apple holders? What a motley crew. I dump my stake in Apple back at about 30 when I just tired of the daily aggravation of holding it.

Anyway, I did not get on this string just to pick on you guys. I just heard that IBM is about to announce that is has licensed the Mac. Should dramatically change the Apple Mac landscape. Though you guys would want to know.

Also, the fact that Compaq and a lot of the other PC makers are not too happy about Intel's announcement of a PC venture with Sony should push Compaq and others to embrace Apple's upcoming common hardware reference platform to break the Intel monopoly in favor of Apple and Mortorola.

Although I have been burned by Apple and won't dive in until the stock starts to move up again, my view from the outside is that the stock has hit bottom and will start to climb back out of the pit.

Since I don't follow AAPL daily, I'd appreciate it if you guys could let me know if the stock really starts to move up.

I can be reached at awon@ix.netcom.com Thanks.
