To: Rick Weaver/Thuyen Nguyen Fm: Gary Heise I agree with the large seller idea. Merrill Lynch, within the last two weeks has increased their stock allocation to a greater percentage of foriegn stocks at the expense of domestic. For T.N. -- How will you time the purchase of EMC? Do you use techni- cals like moving averages, etc?
