Jeff, In response to your request I will try to dig up the high forecast. I also heard a rumor that another Pharmaceutical contract with a firm may be coming in several months. Those kind of agreements seem to drive this stock higher. I will try to dig for more information over the next several days. My broker seems to be pretty high on GENE and has followed it for several years so I trust his judgement. I have about as many shares as you at about $10. Look in Wednesday 5/15/96 USA Today "Money" section page 3B Street Talk Section: titled Short This: The article has some comments from Money Manager Stephen Flaks, who runs the Private Investment Fund - Flaks Fund. It was up more than 200% last year. He was very high on Chiron last year and did extremely well. A quote from the article "He still likes Biotech and his new favorite is Genome Therapeutics which recently sank 30% to under $10 a share." The article mentions 2 retail stocks that he does not find favorable and that he is short selling. GENE 52 week: High 15 Low 4.25 Current PE ~55 Good Luck
