He should have asked him where the anthrax, vx, and smallpox went. He should have ask him why he won't tell the inspectors where it went. He should have asked him if it's worth the lives of his military and hardship for his people to be uncooperative about his disclosures.

But then again, Rather wasn't interviewing his enemy (an American republican). He'll save the tough questions for Bush.
