Walter got another 30 mm shares? That explains why the pps is where it is, and it's easy to see on the charts the time he got them. Since then we've traded about 31 mm shares. He has about 14 mm left then?
Why doesn't he let the pps go up and make more money when he sells his shares? Why is he so determined to keep the pps low?
Several answers come to my mind.
1) He's fighting a ten million dollar lawsuit and needs the money for legal bills.
2) By selling his shares he prevents Mario from selling his, unless Mario is willing to give them away for a cent. Mario paid for his shares. Walter has nothing invested.
3)By keeping the share price low he hinders Superwipe from making any share based deals.

The good news IMO is Walter can be wiped out in a day at these prices.
Someone said 80 mm in the float and about 330 mm issued? The 60 mm buyback takes us to 270 mm issued.
The following is based on news of placing the first order in Duanne Reade and CVS. It takes into account only the initial order, not refilling the shelves after selling some. If they sell one more case a year, the earnings double. If they sell two more cases, the earning triple etc.
Duanne Reade 250
CVS 5,000
Total Stores 5,250

QTY / Case Price Ea Case Price Sale Revenue
Peach Jars 24 $2.00 $48.00 1 $48.00
Tropical Jars 24 $2.00 $48.00 1 $48.00
Bab Pow Jars 24 $2.00 $48.00 1 $48.00
Peach Boxes 24 $2.00 $48.00 1 $48.00
Tropical Boxes 24 $2.00 $48.00 1 $48.00
Bab Pow Boxes 24 $2.00 $48.00 1 $48.00
Revenue / Store $288.00

Total Revenue $1,512,000

Retained Earnings 60% $907,200.00

Shares Out 270,000,000

EPS 0.00336
PE Ratio 25
PPS $0.08
If Barielle has been selling the same product for $6.00 I think I might be low at Superwipe Inc getting only $2.00 each, but rather look low than high.
The question IMO is not so much what the shares are worth on the initial order of one case per store, but how many cases per year will each store sell?
