If you're looking to establish a long position, tommorow is the time to buy. If you're looking to establish a short term position, you probably should have bought today--expect a gap up tomorrow. Otherwise, near-term may hover around $7-$9 until established contracts take effect (shown in earnings growth) and new contracts are announced. With such a low PE ratio now, I don't feel the stock price will go much lower (if no more bad news is announced).

All IMHO...any other thoughts?

Chris
