It depends on where the case is being tried. I am not a lawyer, but i suspect who is presiding over the case and what laws govern the procedings will have a lot to do with the outcome. Given the limited information made by the company in their news releases, i suspect their trying to get the case heard in north america. My suspision is that MMA are probably shooting at some sort of settlement to get out of crystallex's hair and not cloud tittle to the property.
